Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drmissykleinz.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are educational tools and often include printed or digital content, they are non-returnable for hygiene and intellectual property reasons.
